Due to a merger and acquisition, two competitors came together to better serve a market of Financial Advisors in Canada.
Investment Executive, Advisor’s Edge and their French counterparts websites were all redesigned to allow clients to surround the audience digitally across all channels. The websites were reconstructed into multi-sites to provide uniformity, but also tailored to each respective audience.

Project Details

The project consisted of merging external databases into a unified database. Plus, careful review and consideration of scaling back on a few legacy items in order to create new offerings. The result was a renewed satisfaction with pre-existing clients who were excited with the new sites as well as new business opportunities. Page views, unique users and time spent on the site climbed by 30% within the first 90 days of launch as well as advertising engagement rates increasing at steady rates.

I had quarterbacked this project to ensure all stakeholders (including vendors) were delivering on time and on budget.
